Notre système d’aspiration externe a été conçu pour éliminer un volume important de gouttelettes et d’aérosols produits pendant les soins. Ce qui réduit considérablement le risque d’infection tout en maintenant un meilleur niveau de pureté de l’air.

Le nouvel EXSS a été conçu exclusivement pour les cliniques dentaires. Il réduit fortement le risque d’infection à l’intérieur du cabinet

La puissance d’aspiration est fiable avec un faible niveau de bruit pour assurer la meilleure performance et un confort pour le praticien et le patient.
La conception aérodynamique du terminal assure un meilleure contrôle de la précision d’aspiration.
Le système de filtration de niveau médical avec 3 couches de filtration HEPA H14 arrête les virus et les germes jusqu’à 0.3 μm avec une efficacité de 99,995%.
La décontamination par UVC de qualité médicale tue tous les virus et les germes présents dans le filtre.
Le système dispose d’un indicateur de saturation du filtre (1000 heures de travail)
Il dispose d’un système de contrôle précis avec 10 niveaux de puissance réglable par l’ écran d’affichage numérique.

Différents modes et niveaux de fonctionnement:

Les niveaux 1 à 3 correspondent au mode de purification de l’air pour le nettoyage et la désinfection de l’air ambiant. Niveau 4 à 10 : c’est le mode d’élimination des gouttelettes et des aérosols pour les travaux de chirurgie. Ce système est certifié CE et FDA.

FAQ

1_How often must the filter be replaced?

Normally after 1000 hours. There is, in any case, a digital indicator that gives signal when the filter it’s full and should be replaced.

2_How much cost to replace a new filter?

The retail price is 300 euro.

3_How does the assistant clean the blood and saliva out from the inside of the evacuation arm?

The unit does now allow one to run evacuation line cleaner through it since it is not connected to the mail office vacuum line. It will need to be thoroughly cleaned after each use. OSHA requires this to be done. This equipment coordinates with strong and weak suction, wiping out the surface by using dedicated atomizing disinfectant soft cloth. In terms of cleaning the inner of the suction arm, the atomizing disinfectant can be used in spring toward the suction cap cover during the power-on states, or the disinfectant sucked in the suction arm to disinfect.

4_Does this unit come plug and play?

After plugging in power, it can be used at once by pressing the control board.

5_How and what do I use to clean the tubes that blood and droplets flow threw? Should it be done after every patient?

The blood and the droplets will not be sucked into arm, cleaning the suction cap cover by using disinfectant after each patient’s treatment.

6_This system can filter 0.3 micron or bigger. Some virus are 0.1 micron or smaller…how can it be filtered and killed?

A_The virus are attached to particles or aerosol or any other particles that are bigger than 0.3 micron; if the particles are collected by the filter than the virus is collected as well.

B_O.3 microns is a standard filtration level from the regulation, just like the N95 mask, is using the same level to judge the filtration result, N95 can stop 95% of the 0.3 micron particles, the HEPA filtration is grade 14, the filtration result is 99.995% according with European standard EN779-1993. Once inside the filter, the suction power week the virus inside.

C_The filter collect particles and virus and the UV light on the HEPA filter kill the virus.
